What We Do

Intershop Go is a mobile marketplace platform that connects customers with local stores in the New Orleans metropolitan area for ordering PHYSICAL GOODS from LOCAL STORES. We specialize in groceries, household items, and everyday essentials from real brick-and-mortar stores in your neighborhood.

We are NOT the seller - we provide the technology that connects you directly with local merchants who fulfill your orders. Think of us as the bridge between your favorite local stores and the convenience of mobile ordering.

How It Works

We provide the technology platform that allows customers to:

  • Browse local stores and their inventory in one convenient app
  • Place orders with multiple stores (one at a time)
  • Pay securely through Stripe with bank-level encryption
  • Pick up their purchases at the store location at their convenience

Local merchants use our platform to receive orders, manage inventory, and serve their community more efficiently.

Pilot Program

We're currently testing our pickup-only service until February 20, 2026, in the New Orleans metropolitan area. During this pilot phase:

  • Platform fees are waived for merchants (they receive 100% of subtotal + tax)
  • Customers pay a small platform fee ($2 flat + 10% of subtotal)
  • Pickup-only (delivery service coming after pilot completion)
  • Limited to New Orleans metropolitan area
  • Focus on gathering feedback and improving the platform
