Frequently Asked Questions
How do payments work?
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never see or store your credit card information. Payments use 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
What is the platform fee?
Customers pay a platform fee of $2 flat + 10% of the subtotal. During the pilot program (end date TBD), merchants pay no fees and receive 100% of the subtotal + tax.
How do refunds work?
Refunds and returns are handled by individual merchant stores according to their policies. Contact the store directly through the app for refund requests. The platform fee is non-refundable.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe with bank-level 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. We are PCI-DSS compliant and never store credit card data on our servers.
Can I order from multiple stores?
Yes, but you must checkout one store at a time. Each store is a separate order with its own pickup time and location.
When will delivery be available?
Delivery service will be available after the pilot program ends (date TBD). Currently, all orders are pickup-only.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support@intershopgo.com to request account deletion. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
What areas do you serve?
Currently serving the New Orleans metropolitan area during our pilot program. Expansion to additional Louisiana cities is planned after the pilot.
